7th Jan 2013 Administrator New Karachi Town Afaq Saeed Inspection Sewerage Line in Sec 5-L North Karachi.
Administrator New Karachi Town Afaaq Saeed said New Karachi town even financial deprivation continues the public service without fail he expressed these views during the inspection of installing of twelve sewerage line before the construction of road in Sector 5-L North Karachi on Monday.
Afaaq Saeed said NKT is taking remarkable steps to upgrade towns sewerage system. First of all considering the health as the top priority making the town pollution free and healthy by utilizing all out resources. He visited different areas of town and inspected the installing of new sewerage lines. During the inspection visit he directed the building, road and sanitation department officers to eliminate all hurdles in the sewerage system of NKT and upgrade it on modern lines no area must receive any leakage complain and if receives then it should be tackled immediately.
He further said to make New Karachi Town the best it’s very necessary to improve its garbage lifting work and it is only possible when it sewerage and water lines are working properly. If sewerage lines are not working properly then we must received leakage complains and these leakages detroit the overall aerial condition and different areas started stinking badly.
TO (IS) Iqbal Ahmed Khan, DTO (Sanitation) Hassam Jalali, DTO ( B & R) Nazish Raza and DTO Information Alamgir Saifee were also present during the inspection with the Administrator
